Paul R has been running pubs and clubs for over 35 years, originally in Newcastle and then in central London since 1987 and has run successful bars in Mayfair, Kensington, Notting Hill and Bayswater. He worked for Mitchells and Butlers and in 1999 Paul was asked to help develop the Castle brand which to date has been one of the most successful brandings in the pub trade. In 2006, he left Mitchells and Butlers to take up the Prince Edward in Notting Hill. He took this backstreet pub and turned it into a vibrant local community hub frequented by people from all walks of life. He is very approachable and is more than happy to chat with anybody about anything so why not pop in and introduce yourself.
 Paul have been in love with the Royal Oak since the moment he first saw it. With many plans and ideas he is very excited to enhance the pub and its features, including plans in place to build a conservatory which in the summer, will open up completely so everyone can enjoy that two week sunny spell!

For the rest of the year it will be available for many uses including private parties, dining or just a nice place to sit and watch the world go by.
